Scout - Niagara IceDogs
For the 2015-2016 season, I worked as a Greater Toronto Area (GTA) scout for the Niagara IceDogs. This required me to go to 3-7 hockey games per week and write scouting reports in the IceDogs database. This also involved me traveling to different cities to scout tournaments such as the Toronto Titans Tournament, the Silver Stick, the Marlies Holiday Invitational, and the OHL Cup. As a scout I also went to the draft meetings and OHL Draft. I assisted in selecting players and voiced my opinion on who I believe the organization should draft based on scouting reports and interviews. I have developed strong relationships with players and staff in the organization throughout my time with the IceDogs.
